This little black bakelite viewer was manufactured by Church-Craft Pictures Inc, Saint Louis, USA in the early 1950's. It takes small cards, each one containing a stereo pair. Typically these were of either a religious, geographic, educational or children's stories. The viewing cards are prone to warping unless they have been stored carefully. The picture quality and stereo effect of the slides is generally quite good. A set of six slides used to sell for around 49cents.
